Staff

Lori earned her BS in Nursing from The University of Texas, a Masters degree in Biology from Southern Connecticut State University and her Nurse Anesthetist certification from Bridgeport Hospital.  She has been a practicing CRNA for 15 years and is actively involved with the daily operations of the business.  She is a past board member of her state professional association and continues to remain active in the medical community. Lori’s business background includes ownership of several successful service companies.  She has developed a broad knowledge of the medical staffing industry, and many current clients and providers are former colleagues.

 

Heather is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian.  She holds a BS degree in nutrition from The University of the Incarnate Word.  As Chief Operating Officer, Heather manages the payroll, conducts industry research, implements office systems, makes recommendations to the President and authors corporate policies. She is the appointed HIPAA officer and ensures that the highest level of ethics and standards are being met company-wide.  Because of Heather’s management experience and years of employment within the healthcare industry, she is a strong advocate for both clients and providers.  In addition, Heather is proficient in Spanish.

 

Mark has a degree in International Business and a minor in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.  He owns a successful book manufacturing plant in addition to managing Easter Medical Staffing’s payroll and financial interests.

 

Barbara has many years of experience in executive-level administrative support, office management and accounting.  She manages travel arrangements, schedules, client communications, correspondence and staffing.  She is the primary contact for our providers with regard to their travel arrangements.  Barbara also staffs Easter Medical Staffing's central Texas anesthesia clients with ongoing locum tenens coverage.

 

Daena has more than twenty years of experience in human resources and staffing, with her most recent position as a staffing professional in the medical field.  She conducts initial client communications, oversees the contract and begins the staffing process.

 

Wesley Dwyer is an International Political Economy and Gender Studies student at The University of Texas- Dallas. He negotiates communication between clients, providers and agency executives within Easter Medical Staffing, as well as providing business development strategies for the company. He works closely with Daena Murray to negotiate and secure client contracts with medical facilities throughout the country, as well as maintain relationships with current clients. He is currently working towards his CFA license for advanced financial analysis and is a partner in a legal technology firm based in Austin, TX.

Katie earned a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. She has experience working in the oil and gas industry and more recently, has conducted research in behavioral ecology in Arizona and Texas. She supports the Medical Staffing Consultants.
